How charging works
You pay for what you use, from credit you buy in advance. No contract and no charge per login. Your credit never runs out, and anything left is refunded if you leave.
What you pay for
- QR door labels
- Bought as you need them, in batches. Print them yourself or have them printed for you.
- Registering a door
- A one-off charge the first time a labelled door has a full inspection, paid by whoever fixed its label. Never charged again for that door, whoever looks after it later.
- Add-ons, if you want them
- Invoicing with Xero, and WhatsApp messages, each a monthly charge (WhatsApp has a one-off setting-up charge too). Switch them on and off yourself.
Included
- Logins for your clients, their staff and residents
- Read-only logins for building control and the fire service
- Your whole team: inspectors, engineers, installers and office
- Reports, certificates, quotes and logbooks, as many as you issue
