Scan the door to start: Every inspection starts by scanning the door's QR label, so the right door is checked.
22 checks, with guidance: Each check has guidance on current requirements beside it, and defects come from a ready-made library.
Photos with proof: Photos are stamped with the time and place they were taken; outside and inside photos mark the start and finish.
No signal? Keep going: Start and carry out inspections, repairs and new door fittings with no signal. Everything is sent when there's signal again.
Repairs and re-checks: Engineers mark each defect repaired (with an after photo) or not done, scan the parts fitted, and sign off the re-check.
New doors fitted: Fire doorsets or new doors in existing frames, with the manufacturer's certificate, label number and photos.

Quotes built for you: A draft quote is made from the defects found, priced from your own price book, ready to check and send.
Reports and certificates: Your branding, your numbering, your wording. Each PDF has a QR code to prove it's genuine.
Diary and visits: Book visits, message residents, record no-access visits and decide whether to charge for them.
Checks due: Every door's next check worked out from the rules, with reminders before it's due.
Your team's competence: Qualifications, expiry dates, training records, ID checks and subcontractors' insurance, kept in one place.
Import what you have: Bring in buildings, doors and past checks from a spreadsheet.

A portal for each client: Their buildings, door status, reports, certificates and quotes; they accept quotes and report problems there.
Residents: Their own door, visits to answer, and the fire door information they must be given each year.
The public: Anyone can scan a door's label to see whether it's compliant, and report a problem to the people responsible.
Share links: A time-limited link for an insurer, buyer or surveyor to see a building's compliance and certificates.
